CrossFit Kids is based on CrossFit’s principles of mechanics, consistency and then intensity. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence in the hopes that we can make kids more physically literate, enhance their sports performance, and decrease sports injuries. In addition, research indicates that exercise enhances cognitive function which means consistency in CrossFit kids could have a positive impact on kids’ academic achievement. And in the kids’ opinions, the most important part of our program is that it’s FUN!

ALL IN CrossFit Kids Schedule
Tuesdays and Thursdays
3:45-4:15 for ages 7-10
6:30-7:15 for ages 11-14
