CrossFit pulled out the heavy weight this week with its brutal couplet of deadlifts and box jumps. Some of you found the deadlifts to be a bigger challenge than expected… Others of you found that you were more than capable to meet the challenge of the deadlifts. All in all, big scores were posted, PRs were set, and we couldn’t be prouder of our athletes!
Here are the top three males and females on Open workout 14.3:

As for our “Spirit of the Open Award…”
The award this week goes out to someone who works hard at the gym and always puts a smile on our faces. Congratulations, John Sullen! Your performance on 14.3 was awesome! With 22 seconds left on the clock, John came off the box jumps, threw some plates on the barbell, and then knocked out four reps at 315 lbs. You never stopped and made every rep count! John then came back to the gym on Sunday to help cheer on his fellow athletes as they attempted 14.3. He also helped set up stations for everyone needing to do the workout. John is just a great guy to have at ALL IN and always has a “can do” attitude (unless burpees are programmed). Great job this week, John!
The Team Spirit award this week goes to the Blue Crew.
The scores after week three of the ALL IN Open are:
Red Nation: 144
Blue Crew: 177
